Less than a week after the tragic death of Matthew Perry, a foundation has been established in his name to support individuals struggling with addiction. The foundation, called the Matthew Perry Foundation, aims to honor Perry’s commitment to helping others with addiction by making a difference in as many lives as possible.

Matthew Perry, best known for his role in the hit TV show Friends, openly spoke about his own battles with drug and alcohol addiction. The foundation, which is now accepting donations, seeks to carry on his legacy in helping those dealing with substance abuse.
