IndiGo and Qantas Strengthen Partnership with New Codeshare Routes

In 2022, Qantas and IndiGo finalized a codeshare partnership, allowing passengers flying on non-stop flights between Australia and India to connect to 21 destinations in India on IndiGo. This partnership was a significant step in strengthening the relationship between the two countries.

Recently, IndiGo introduced new codeshare routes that will start with Melbourne, followed by Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane in the coming weeks. With these new routes, IndiGo customers can now fly to Singapore and seamlessly connect to Qantas’ flights between Singapore and Melbourne.

IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers expressed his excitement about the new connecting flights to Australia, made possible through the partnership with Qantas.
