In a moving Instagram tribute, Matt LeBlanc remembers the late Matthew Perry, describing their time on the set of Friends as some of the best moments of his life. The heartfelt post included screenshots of the camaraderie between their characters, Joey and Chandler, along with a touching message honoring their friendship.

LeBlanc expressed his deep admiration for sharing the stage with Perry, highlighting the lasting impact their friendship had on him. He warmly recalled, “It was an honor to call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you. Spread your wings and fly, brother, you’re finally free.”

Adding a touch of Perry’s signature humor, LeBlanc joked, “And I guess you’re keeping the 20 bucks you owe me.” Perry’s sudden passing on October 28 prompted an outpouring of sorrow, with the Friends cast issuing a joint statement celebrating his influence.

Beyond his iconic role, Perry was known for his advocacy on addiction issues, which led to the establishment of the Matthew Perry Foundation.
