Professional Communication Maker Witnesses Rising Demand for its Products in the Middle East

Hytera Communications Corporation Limited, a leading provider of professional communication technologies and solutions, anticipates a surge in demand for its products in the Middle East, according to Yasar Arafath, the Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa at Hytera. In an interview with Khaleej Times at Gitex Global in Dubai, Arafath mentioned that they already have prominent clients such as the Abu Dhabi Police, the Ministry of Interior, and Emirates Global Aluminium. He also stated that they expect more customers in the near future, including Dubai Municipality.

Hytera recently participated in Gitex 2023, where they showcased their new generation of intrinsically safe two-way radios and smartphones. This explosion-proof portfolio covers various radio protocols and technologies, including TETRA, DMR, and PTToC, making Hytera the only company capable of offering such a diverse range of intrinsically safe communication devices.

Intrinsically safe devices are designed for use in potentially explosive environments, such as oil refineries, chemical plants, and mining sites, where electronic heat or sparking must be controlled to prevent accidents. Hytera’s radios and smartphones, such as PNC460U, HP79XEx, and PT89XEx, are certified for use in these hazardous situations.

Furthermore, Hytera is actively incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into their products. They utilize AI algorithms to filter out noise and provide crystal-clear audio, especially in noisy environments where their radios are commonly used. Arafath emphasized that AI continues to be a key focus for the company, and they plan to release new products with cutting-edge technology in the coming year.

With rising demand and an innovative approach to communication technology, Hytera is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of the Middle East market.
